The Open Robotics Kit contains all the mechanical and electronics components needed to create your own basic clawbot. A clawbot is a simple robot that is often used as an introduction to robotics and technology. Once assembled, it can be driven around the classroom and use its claw to pick up small balls or objects. It is simply constructed, but has been designed to leverage many different technologies. 3D printing, laser cutting, multiple types of motors and drivers, and various software platforms are only a few of the ways this kit can be a tool for learning.
